1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

  1. The item arrived damaged or defective
  2. You received the wrong product
  3. You contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order
  4. The item is unused and in its original packaging

👉 Photo evidence of the issue is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  1. Change of mind or scent preference
  2. Used or opened products
  3. Custom or limited edition items
  4. Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request:

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, we will issue a refund or provide return instructions

4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost

If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping
